Corrections in OR/CR

Hi.

What is the process for updating details in the OR and CR?

The situation is that there are 2 cars bought at the same time in 2015 - Car A’s OR has the plate number of Car B; Car B’s OR has the plate number of Car A

Selller is planning to sell Car A so he would like to correct the documents before selling it.

Appreciate help.

Baka nga yung swap ng actual plate could work, pero i am not sure baka magka-conflict sa ibang numbers and records.

Maganda nga puntahan sa LTO para makita kung ano talagang plate ang naka assign sa kotse.

Kung na determine ang actual plate assignment, i check na lang kung consistent sa OR.

Kung consistent naman ang OR sa LTO records, mas madali mag swap ng plates.

Hello, magandang umaga po sa inyong lahat, may question lang po regarding sa open deed of sale. Bale po kasi naka bili ako ng unit sa "second owner na din" pero naka open deed of sale sya, pero po yung 3 copies of 2 valid ids with 3 signatures is expired na po yung pirma. Which means expired na yung ID's ni first owner bago ma punta sakin yung unit.

My quesiton po is magkakaroon po ba ko nang problem sa pagpapa close deed of sale non dahil nag expired na yung pirma ni first owner?

PS: yung motorcycle is bought ng 2021 and is registered and has original OR/CR and yung license indicated is nag expire nung 2022.

when this LTMS system was activated a couple of years ago,
we discovered that a car we had sold ten years ago to a bayan seller, was still in my name, but with address somewhere far up north of NCR.

when the portal was opened, i do not know why or how, but my old car that i had sold years ago, was there!
since it was still under my name, i asked where it was.

in my cased po mali po ang naka lagay na displacement sa cr isasabay ko na din po sana mag pa change owner kasu po yung deed of sale nawala at wala din xerox 2 valid id with 3 sign, Mostly deceased na ang 1st owner nakapangalan sa cr and 2nd owner wala din copy ng dos from 1st owner, i have Orignal OR/CR any adviced?
