The LTO plates are available from GJB. No, they will not exempt you from the UUVRP.
I just buy them because I collect them.
I don't know about the other plates because they are not made by GJB Enterprises.
St. Lukes, UST, UST-high, PCHS, PNPA and other organizations also have commemorative plates available today.

Can anybody find an official announcement kung iwas coding nga to? Kasi sabi sa kabilang board up to November iwas coding, sabi ng iba hanngang next year, then sabi ni boss otep di iwas...

kapitbahay ko meron neto. parang euro plates eh. mukhang di exempted ito sa coding.
lynx is right. coding free until november, but i have not heard any news that it will be extended (sana....)

bos theveed - iba yata yung sinasabi ni otep na commemorative plates... yung yung pwede mong ilagay yung gusto mong characters o numbers. alam ko talagang hindi exempted ito.

diba ang commemorative plates ay 1 pc lang? eh kung nasa harap ito, pano yung likod? sometimes di mapapansin ng mga patrol cars na yung harap mo ay may exempted na plate, baka sitahin ka pa din, kahit lusot ka, hastle naman....
