Hello people!
I am selling my car, but I seemed to have lost the original copy of my Certificate of Registration. What is the usual SOP, or better yet, a faster but still legal way of getting a replacement for it?

August 10th, 2007 03:04 AM #2make an affidavit of loss and go the LTO where it was first registered...they can issue you a copy of CR.

what about in my case?? di ko lam kung nasan cr ko, then 2nd hand ung car, father ko pa ang gumamit bago sakin napunta. eh hindi din nya alam kung nasan na, so san ko makikita or panu ko malalaman kung san first na register ung sasakyan??

August 13th, 2007 02:06 PM #5bring the OR on any LTO, they can trace it. tsaka mo itanong ang rules guidelines how to get a copy of the CR.
