one plus i can say about the APV is that you can probably organize some sort of car pooling with friends. singilin mo na lang sila ng a little less than the usual van/fx rate, at baka makabawi ka ng konti sa gas B)

based on a distant relative's personal experience, medyo malakas sa gas ung CRV 2.0 A/T. lagot ka sa trapik B)
Women may be pragmatic, but they can also be swayed by looks. That's why our previous cars were Nissan Sentras... better looking (borloloi) than other cars in the class at the time, and with a lot of kit... and our current one is a Ford Lynx RS... beautiful body kit, restrained and conservatively handsome, and a moonroof (useless but entertaining)... I'm actually surprised that I got the go ahead for the RS...

The CRV 2.0 A/T really isn't that fuel-efficient... but bear in mind its size. I'd rather go for a 2ndhand M/T and keep the Civic. At least the resale value of a secondhand CRV will NOT drop like a stone after just one year of ownership, unlike a brand new car. That way, you have extra cash and you have two secondhand Hondas you can sell off if ever you want to just chuck them and get a new one, when you've decided on a new one that will give you good residuals.
