good day guys sana matulungan niyo ako sa mga questions ko im planning to buy a civic hatch, dream car ko kasi noon pa. im eyeing one right now after going through some cars. super clean pa kasi yung body walang bulok and almost all stock pa lahat and good price din kaya plan ko na siya bilhin kaso magkakaproblema ata pag pag transfer sa name ko once i buy it

-sa 1st owner parin nakaregister yung car. si seller ang 3rd owner meron sila deed of sale ni 2nd owner may pirma nila pareho pero hindi notarized. notarized yung deed of sale ni 1st owner and 2nd owner. pwede ko ba panotarized yung deed of sale ni 2nd owner to seller tapos gawa ulit dos from seller to me?

-kung pwede yung nasa taas, sa photocopy kasi ng ids ni 1st and 2nd owner expired na yung license nila expires in 2003 kay 1st owner and 2015 kay 2nd owner tapos wala pa yung 3 signatures nila. ang problem rin is hindi na sila mahanap pano kaya gagawin dito kung sakali

    salamat

Meron yata sa ibang thread na similar issue na expired or loss photocopy ng IDs ng seller. You may want to PM the poster kung paano nya ginawa.

Ganyan din issue nung bike na binili ko dati. Open deed of sale sa 2nd owner.

Tinawagan ko yung "the guy" ko. Nagpagawa ng fake na sss id sa recto and nagpahugot ng details ng drivers license sa lto.

    Problem solved.

you may end up paying for the annual registration of a vehicle that will never be under your name.

    huy!
e pano kung biglang sumulpot yung registered howner, and starts accusing you of carnapping? na may pahabol na...
"but this can all go away, for a minimal fee..."
(that might be the cost of purchase! heh heh.)

You ask again the service of "the guy"!

EDIT: I haven't tried it, of course. So I remembered,
