Oks na yan. Just come up with the 30k to match the asking price of the seller.

[emoji16] if i have to decide, kukunin ko na yan, if gusto mo talaga and you see it as no problem for a 2nd hand car...

Pero for final decision, i would ask the final check up with the casa... and ano yung possible papalitan for that certain year, baka in 4years may papalitan na yan na schedule ng mazda, just make sure you are aware kasi gastos din yan aside sa monthly amortization mo...[emoji16]

ang pagkakaintindi ko rin is good as cash na ung matatanggap ni seller. tapos ang usapan na lang is between the buyer and the bank? is that correct po

[QUOTE=GTi;2993223]Heck, I ain't putting down 1.2M to buy a subcompact hatch. Being open to used cars, 1.2M can get me a fairly new midsize SUV already. It would be a practical choice too, what with the terrible weather as of late.

Strictly between the two choices, I'd choose the used 3. That is, of course, if fuel consumption is not a big factor. It is still a 2.0L gasoline with an automatic after all, even with all that Skyactiv hype.

Ang mura naman. Yung X-Trail lang ang malapit sa katotohanan and yet napakamura parin. O di kaya ay downpayment lang yan?

Wala namang code 12 ang lisensya. Siguro ang sinasabi mo 1 and 2? In that case, for motorcycle and vehicle up to 4500kgs.

The LTO doesn't really care whether it is 4x2 or 4x4. Only the weight limit. You can drive a truck as long as it is registered as a private vehicle and weighs below 4500kgs.

For some excellent advice that will help you make the best possible decision when buying a vehicle, I guess Yatta is right, nothing can really beats a brand new car. Just checked the Mazda 2V+ Hatchback and I think you'll have to choose that one. Well, the other rests are good naman but you have to choose one, and that one I just mentioned is good for you in my opinion.

After 3 months of stressful searching and weighing of my options. I finally bought a 2nd hand 2015 Mazda 3 1.5 L for 600T.
It is casa maintained and has 15t Mileage. Owner is the former chief of LTO here in iloilo so the whole process went kinda smooth. Vehicle is in almost brand new condition with no scratches and dents at all, as it is rarely used.

I can’t believe I finally did it as this is my first major purchase. I also bought it in cash as I have issues with long term commitments, and a loan is a scary one.
    Along with marriage.

Thank you guys for the advices! And all knowledgeable inputs along the way! More power to each and every one.

I actually been here in this forum for 2 yrs, and it took me that long to decide and grow some balls to buy lol

if it is as "almost brand new condition" as TS thinks, i would probably approve of TS's purchase.

    but i am curious.
    why did owner sell it?
