used car prices are dictated largely by what the market will support. right now, buyers believe corollas are better than sentras, hence the asking price difference... but i'm not sure if corollas are really better than sentras. and there are always camps of fanatics out there favoring certain marquees.. ganun lang yan.
some buyers will take advantage of this mindset and buy sentras.. others will shun sentras because their re-sale prices are lower. but hey! you bought it at a cheaper price.. no big deal if you sell it at a cheaper price also..
now about your super saloon.. fuel injection na ba or ancient carburator pa? may leakable roof (sunroof! haha) ba? you have to take a good look at the merchandise, because descriptions in ads can be (sometimes intentionally so) inaccurate. i have seen ads for automatic, when the picture clearly shows manual.. and take a gander at the odometer.. 50K ba or 150K?

about super saloon na nakita ko. I really don't know kung fuel injected na siya or ancient carburator. meaning di pala lahat ng sentras fuel injected na? hmmmm dapat pala matanong eto! based sa mga nabasa ko mas matipid ang fuel injection kesa sa Carb. Most of the ads. that I read, Odo is not always available. Maybe they're hiding it from the public? haha

Sir is it ok to buy Nissan Sentra or Exalta 00 and up at around 150k?

ang sentra na ga13(1.3) carb type, ga14, ga15, ga16de, at ga16dne puro fuel injected na yan sir.. kung Exalta sta A/T yan yung may sunroof ang price range nyan nasa 170-190k walang M/T ang STA yung Exalta SLA walang sunroof may a/t and m/t pareho silang elegant na beige and wood panel interior.. kung hindi ako nagkakamali halos pareho lang yan ng price..

My suggestion would be a 1995/1996 Toyota Corolla 1.6 GLi. That would fit your 160k budget.

Ang kaso, kailangan may extra ka for repairs. 30-50k would be ideal. So kung yan lang budget mo all in all for the car, I'd suggest you get a Sentra Super Saloon instead.
