Based on Buy and Sell prices, 400K is fair. There are 2000 LXIs for over 400K and some are less.

39.5k is about right because my aunt's Civic which I drove a few weeks ago had 39.5k on it.

Do check for signs of body repair.
Ask for casa receipts.
Ask why it is being sold.

Do the other usual checks when buying a used car. 2001 is fairly new. Hopefully it's in pretty good condition.

Price is pretty fair... that's just about the going price. You can find VTi's of the same year model at around 420-430K but i don't know about the condition/mileage.

400k is actually mura na. prices for this can go as high as 480k kahit lxi.

looks good..40k kms mdyo ok pa yan..expect to start encountering problems mostly when u reach 60k kms..
