    Hi guys,

As per my username, this will be my first time to have a ride. Unfortunately, short ako sa budget. I just wanted to have a ride na pwde masakyan on a weekend or some weekdays. May maaabot po ba ang budget na 80k to 100k lamang? Funny pero as I've said, low budget eh. Poor lang

Thank you po sa mga sasagot

With a 100k budget, you should a lot atleast ~30k for the repairs.

The term " sasakyan nalang " is BS. For sure, on every second hand car there will be problems, may it be minor or otherwise.

Dents, scratches are considered as " problems " already btw.

With your 80~100k budget, you could get yourself a Nissan SUNNY, a small body corolla, or a mitsubishi lancer boxtype.

If you're into customization .. build an owner type jeepney.

Honestly, some cars within that budget are more of a headache than anything else. Daming kailangan palitan, or ayusin.

Best bet mo, look for the newest car possible. Example, mas ok ang 1996 Nissan Sentra kaysa 1990 Corolla, or isang 1987 Lancer.

Whatever car you choose, better have it checked thoroughly to ensure na di ka ma-bubulaga.

    *renzo_d10

    Thanks sa advice.

    I had a look. I found:

89-90 mitsubishi galant (pasok sa budget)

    94 nissan sentra (roughly 100-120k)

Pero sabi mo nga, need add-on budget for possible repairs.

hayzzz, i guess i need to stretch my budget a little bit.

additional points lang and correction. hindi porket mas bago mas ok. depende pa din sa previous user.

*TS at your budget, mahirap makahanap ng bago-bago and at its good running condition. tama si renzo, you may want to allot atleast 30k for repairs. tires, suspension, belts, fluids and even the interior. and you may want to check for rusts.

vehicle suggestion: kia pride. there are more prides out there somewhere that are still in good condition overall that are in your tight budget.

better get a nissan sentra or mitsu lancer or toyota corolla.. never a mitsu galant..
