meron nmn po release chattle mortage.. kompleto nmn sya from company. nka file po sir yun cr sa qc extension office. san ko po kya mpapaalis un at magkano??

kung saan original naka file.
kung sa qc extension office, ROD muna ng QC to release the chattel mortgage, then LTO QC Extension office.
no idea though on the price.
