I'm now on the process of buying a 2nd hand car.

Why not make the sale and change of ownership one process para tapos na agad ang problema?

Ganon kasi ang process pag bibili ng 2nd hand car sa KSA, which I experienced while I was working there.

I think that is a better way at sana ma-adapt natin yung ganon.

    Any thoughts on this?

Kung di talaga pwedeng pagsabayin, why not just make the PNP-TMG clearance a requisite for the Deed of Sale? At least this way, the buyer would be somehow protected, unlike sa ngayon.

Pag magkasama ang buyer at seller sa application minsan same day and same hour tapos na, per my experience.
