OR/CR - how long should this be given to you by the dealer/SA?

ilang weeks or months ba usually nabibigay ang OR/CR? mine is more than 1 month na and no OR/CR yet from the dealer/SA.

normal lang ba ito esp due to covid? TIA

possibly, medyo madami din talaga backlog si LTO.. simple renewal lang ay nag tambak na eh.. paano pa yung new registration

didn't actually mention the dealer until this morning


the date on the or/cr is (let's say) 10/22/2020, does that mean, this is the date they registered the car? if yes, then talagang inipon nga nila before ayusin since 9/17/2020 pa na release ang car.

which is strange for the dealer.
back in the day, the dealer gave me my CR within 2 - 4 weeks of purchase. with plates!
... what has changed in the process, to result to such delay?

Sabi ng SA ko when I was buying the car, 1-2 weeks daw, after paying for the car, 2-3 weeks daw. Third week na tomorrow [emoji28]
