November 9th, 2010 11:57 PM #15verify the authenticity of Certification of Registration, Renewed Official Receipt & Plate Number at the LTO-TMG Main Office at East Avenue for assurance that the vehicle is not carnapped or hot car...
asked also the receipts of replacement parts and consumables like the engine oils, filters & PMS parts if it sourced from trusted stores or serviced by trusted mechanics or known shop.

If its first owned casa maintained verify record from casa you may check there its history and the real odometer reading and ask for certificate of flood free.
As much as possible deal with the real owner not dealer otherwise its 30-50k more expensive. Deal with the real owner whose name appears on CR dont be ashamed to ask for his valid ID. Do not accept open deed of sale
