1st week = if middle plate # is 1,2,3
2nd week = 4,5,6
3rd week = 7,8
4th week = 9,0

If late registration within the month, P200 ang fine. (ex. 1st week of June dapat registration, 4th week napa-register). After the registration month, alam ko at least 1K na ang fine.

Question po, this is regarding transfer of ownership. I read website ng LTO na dapat meron clearance sa Highway Patrol? Im from Manila, saan po ba un? at saan ba ang LTO main?

Meron po bang pwedeng maglakad nito? Meron po kasi akong class, at as much as possible kase im sparing myself sa pagpunta sa government offices kase malamang, maghapon ang aabutin.

ei guys speaking of car registration, may napansin ako sa mga documents ng pinsan ko bakit may nakalgay na "sps" before ng name nya? anong ibig sabihin nun? 'di rin kasi nya alam.

it means spouses. it also means that the car is jointly owned by the spouses and it cannot be sold without the signature of the other party.

ang highway patrol (TMG) sa Crame, sa Pasay. I don't know kung meron sa manila. Ang LTO main eh nasa East Avenue, QC.

may mga naglalakad nyan. sa MMPH, may nag-ooffer ng services nya.

question . . . bought my car on November 2005 with 3 yrs free LTO registration , registration sticker 2005, plate number ending in 9 , registration is due this sept 2008 ....do i still have the free registration or do i need to pay it na?....thanks for your replies....

You need to have your renewed on September na pare. Lapse na ang three years mo.

ganun talaga dude, pinili mo kasi ending number mo eh..same with me bought it september of last year but pinili ko is ending number 5....

not necessarily ... because when your car was registered, LTO did not charge 3 whole years ... possibly 2.5 years lang in your case ... they charge only the "covered" months ... in quarterly increments
