Tell your current dealer that you got a better discount. So if he could not match it, then you will be withdrawing the reservation..

Make sure that the other dealer is offering you the latest 2017 model ... they might be offering a 2016 model hence the huge discount difference ... It would be better if you can tell what make and model you are buying ...

get the 2nd (better) offer in writing muna. Sadyain mo sa branch nila then give your current branch the chance to match or at least close that 55k gap. if they are close enough but cant completely match maybe they can add a few things here and there para less hassle ka na rin.

ganyan ang discount ko sa mazda cx-5. nung una 30k lang, nagpalit ako ng agent within the same dealership, naging 55k na. nakakahiya nga lang dun sa unang agent, parang iniiwasan ako kapag nagpupunta ako sa casa hehehe

This story ends with us pushing through with the original deal and we are happy.

Fine print of the (55K) better deal. It is a 2016 model (which I don't mind, it is still the same brand new car to me) but, as it turns out, it is a very limited, time bound deal. Kahit umatras kami dun sa current deal, hindi aabot. Curiously, I called earlier today and indeed, deal is gone.

We got the car earlier to day, drove to Tagaytay, LTO be damned... and now the wait for the or/cr begins

Mga masters help! Since I can't post a new thread yet.

I just decided to buy a new car for my parents. Initially MT ang pinili namin at nagbayad na kami ng 5k reservation fee. Nagbago isip ni erpats at AT na lang daw ang kunin so pinapalitan namin ng AT then sabi ko taasan ko na ang DP ko to 200k para mas bumaba ang monthly (thru phone na lang).

Sabi ni dealer na mas bababa ang monthly ko dahil mas mataas ang i DP ko. Then after few days nakita ko ang brochure at same lang ang computation ng monthly amortization with 200k sa 65k DP. Lumalabas na mas malaki ang total payment ng 200k DP to 65K DP. Sabi ko di ko kunin na ganun dahil mas mataas na nga DP ko pero mas napamahal pa ako, imbis na 200k edi 65k na DP na lang ang kunin ko pero sabi nya mag pepenalty na sya dahil na process na daw yung lahat ng docs at unit na lang daw ang inaantay dahil mali ang kulay na na assign sa akin. Not sure what docs sinasabi nya wala pa ako napirmahan I think yung docs ay yung mga pipirmahan for releasing ng kotse.
what to do?
