just a note, the boy-racer-esque Ford Lynx RS is available in manual transmission only.

yung Civic yung may pinaka-swabeng clutch and shifter. really excellent.

yung sa optra panget yung feel ng clutch and shifter.

mag lynx ghia kana.. 1.6l, moonroof, leather seats, dual airbags, abs/ebd, keyless entry, etc. - forget about resale value coz no one knows what's in store for tomorrow..

come to think of it, meron bang manual na mazda 3?

i change my mind, i think i'll stick with the Civic VTi-S (mas all-around) or Lynx RS (kung sporty ang hanap)... at least until Mazda comes up with a more powerful engine in the 3 in this price range (<P800,000).

i was thinking of the Mazda 3 2.0 hehe, mas mahal pala yun at almost a million bucks.

that konting "dagdag" that you are talking about amounts to almost P300,000 or 1/3 of the value of the Mazda3 R.

sa tingin ko lang 1.6L car models are outdated in our country... kaya ford rs ka na lang kahit alam kong malakas sa gas yun.. pero kung 1.6 ang kukunin mo, why not add on your list the new lancer mx??? pag nag altis ka naman, parang wala nang dating ang kotse mo sa hi-way dahil marami kang makikita dun, except na lang kung may mods...
