Hello guys noob question about Chattel Mortgage.

Na settle ko na yung payment ko ng CM last Dec 2017 for CM. Kaso sinabihan ako ng Bank na may additional fee daw na need bayaran dahil sa increase ng documentation stamp due to TRAIN.

Lahat ba ng bank ganito? And lahat ng nag purchase ng auto last Dec 2017 affected and mag kakaroon ng additional fee sa CM?

Yung sakin last week ng December 2017 ko nasettle ung DP+CM tapos 2nd week ng January naturn over ung kotse. Wala naman additional fee for the CM.

Update: hindi nakapag pasa sa banko yung dealer ko ng mga documents (Insurance policy, OR & CR).
Ngayon lang sila nag pasa sa bank, kaya ngayon lang may additional charge ako for documentary stamp.
Hassle yung branch na nakuhaan ko ng unit.
1 month na delayed ang OR & CR dahil nag ka problem sa CSR.

Sa 400k na price po ba ano recommended nyo? Pwede naman stretch to 500k pero 2nd hand lang po. Honestly di pa po ako marunong magdrive at 32 so first car talaga and prefer ko po A/T sana. Ask lang po sana mga tips para alam namin mga pwede consider. Yung tipong 0 driving knowledge friendly.

Sir, itatanong ko nadin po yung bang 2018 Honda E cvt kapag seating capacity at paahon ng mga 300-350 meters at mga 30 degrees siguro ang angle,ok lang ba?hindi ba sya hirap?isa rin po kasi sya mga options ko,sa amin kasi pag pupunta kami ng city halos kalahati ay bundok,at 95 kms ang distance.

Fyi malakas ang 1.5 ng city pero don't expect it to be that torquey though kasi it's doesn't have turbo and as long as you don't overload it with passengers, acceleration should be just fine. Also only the GM6 has the 1.5 MT unlike the MT of the previous model, which has a 1.3, iirc.

HONDA CITY E CVT 2018-tamang tama sa budget,pwede rin kay misis pag natututo ng mag drive
INNOVA J 2.8-(kabado sa manual dahil bagong driver to be,eenroll palang pag uwi,pero marunong narin ng konti
NAVARA EL 4X2 AT- sa nabasa ko comfortable ride at wala ng takot mabibitin paahon
FORD RANGER XLT AT-halos ka price ng navara mas lamang sa features

All cars will be through bank financing,honda for 3 yrs,the rest for 5 yrs

Ang magiging gamit lang po ng sasakyan for 3 months,if weekdays pang hatid sundo lang kay misis 5 kms papunta ng work
at if weekends yon nga po punta kami ng chruch at city which is 95 kms(3 po anak ko) after 3 months back to work
at for another 8 months halos naka stand by na lang po siguro ang sasakyan magamit man bihira na,(wag lang paki alaman ni bayaw hehe) baka pag weekend nalang
ano po sa palagay nyo ang magandang choice?paki SUGGEST na rin po baka meron mas maganda s nasabi ko

I brought a 2017 cvt city to baguio just last month, kayang kaya baguio via kennon road. Econ mode off, 4 medium built adults, 2 6yo kids. Shifts to S during uphill overtakes.

Thanks bossing. Pag 2012 po ba mga ilan ang reasonable mileage dapat? May nakita din kami Honda City 2004 100k mileage 195k daw po pero gusto lang po sana malaman ano ba ang reasonable na price. Yung 2004 po kasi parang fresh na fresh pa din pero yun nga lang matagal na kasi. Thanks po.

Get the Mazda 3. After 3 years, maintenance will slightly be more expensive for the 3, but you can offset (and have enough leftover for a vacation) that by putting aside the money that would have gone to maintenance but instead you got for free because of Yojin.

Sir, test drive nyo muna yung sasakay sa sasakyan... ano po priorities nyo for the car? Pwede kayo mag gawa ng checklist tapos i.weightin nyo yung pag test drive then get the overall score among the 2... goodluck po!
