Sir what if the bank already issued a PO but the dealership thru the SA doesn't issue a unit ( delaying tactics, supply issues, etc.).

Ang case kasi bayad na chattel and insurance sa bank, and issued na PDCs for the 60 mos amortization. Although for the DP, pinahold ng SA kasi wala pang available and mahaba daw yung queue ng reservation.

May habol ba ako ( bec of the PO and payments made) if ever?

What chattel and insurance and binayaran mo? Eh ano na insured ng bank eh wala pa Unit? Hangin ang na insured nila? Baka pwede ka na rin mag claim sa Insurance mo ng bangga?

You can technically bring the car home even without an OR/CR. Part of the provision is that it can be driven from dealership to your home, but not used elsewhere until you get the ORCR.

Dealers should just drop the vehicles at customer's homes, if possible.

Did the bank and insurer ask for the car details first? Only the dealer can provide this details.

Update. Nagreply na sakin si SA pero sadly, wala daw unit na available. Reserved ung unit pero walang price and promo protection. Ganun ba talaga un? Ung sa kawork ko kasi, nakapagprocess naman xa kahit walang unit. Then, nagwait na lang hanggang maging available ung unit. Balak ko sana magpalit na lang ng branch or kotse mismo. Bagong approval ulit kay bank un no? Dahil ibang price ung naapprove na una?

If there’s no unit available, they can’t lock the price. If you want to get one before the new year, I suggest find a branch that has the car you want in stock na. Madali lang mag issue ng bagong PO. Just tell your bank about your plans before executing it. They can help you.

Hello po. Question lang. nasign ko na kasi mga docs ko last week pa. Bale insurance na lang ang kulang pero antagal ng quote ng insurance ko from bank. Last week ko hinihingi ung quote ng insurance pero ngaun wala p rin. Yung banker ko kasi may nirerefer na iba e mas gusto ko kung sa bank mismo na. Matagal ba talaga magbigay ng quote or iniipit lang para sa friend nya ko kumuha ng insurance?

Iniipit lang yan. Insurance companies have a template specially for brand new cars, in a few minutes kaya na maibigay sa iyo yung figures and they can send the printed document to you as early as the following day, depending on your location. Try directly talking to the insurance company of your bank via the bank's hotline number and skip talking to your opportunistic banker.

Yung banker mo eh insurance agent na din hahaha. Yun nga lang sa labas ng sarili nyang pinagtatrbahuhan.

I remember when I was scouting, My agent showed me a unit and I was able to get inside to inspect it. Then I asked if I could already pay the reservation for it, guess what, it was already sold.

Doc iningatan ko po yung kotse nung pinatingin sa akin haha. Though it's bugging to know that before you got your car ay madami na pumasok at humawak sa kotse na hindi naman assembly staff. Haha.
