hi guys, what are good SUV choices for a budget of around P2M. it doesn't need to be exactly under P2M, it can be a little above P2M. It can be any kind of SUV, compact, crossover, midsize or whatever. thanks!

    Ford Explorer 3.5 Limited

    Php 2,370,000

Good looks inside and out, powerful engine, very spacious, lots of features. Biggest downside? Fuel consumption, obviously. Owners get around 5 km/L in the city.

Kung gusto mo ng practical na SUV:

    Hyundai Tucson 2.0 R-eVGT Premium

    Php 1,728,000

    Thrifty, fast, well-kitted.

^The Ecoboost version may be better if you're after better FC on the Explorer.

I was thinking of either a Sorento or CX-9 at that price range or better yet wait for the All New Sante Fe.

    Mini Cooper Countryman

    P2,380,000

    ---------------------------

Personal opinion, I really liked driving this car. Although I still feel that the P2.3M price tag is still rather high for a compact SUV, this car retains the MINI looks yet still has an interior volume which is more practical for everyday use. So considering the MINI Cooper is priced at P2M, the Countryman at P2.3M can be considered a very good option if you are buying a MINI, because you aren't buying just a car, you are buying an "image".

thanks for all your replies guys! I also want to add that the car should be able to fit 5 people comfortably. thanks!

I think that the Explorer is really nice too. If I may ask, what is the difference between the ecoboost and limited?

Also, what's good about the Hyundai Tucson?

    Thanks again!

The countryman looks nice, it's definitely not your typical car that you need. It's more of a want.

May not please everyone in terms of looks, but reading reviews about it. It's a fun car to own.

One more is the Subaru Forester 2.5L XT

Been in one, can fit 5 comfortably. Has a huge luggage space and it's REALLY fast.

    Wag na Tucson

Dadami pa kami naka Premium. Hahahahaha

Also, what's good about the Hyundai Tucson?
    - Fast
    - Thrifty
    - Handles well
    - Tons of features

Value for money. Loving my Tucson eVGT Premium since her first day with me ;)

*renzo: Sablay kaya rear legroom ng Forester

2.250M yung Ecoboost. 124K lang difference ng 2.0 Ecoboost at 3.5 Limited.

Mas sulit parin yung Limited IMHO.
