Need your Opinion. Got my First Brand new car last month.
Its Toyota Vios, Im from Davao and ordered it from Toyota Makati.
When delivered it has 80Km reading, is this within range for a brand
new car??? pls help.

Normal lang yan tinatakbo nila yan eh at minsan di sinasakay sa truck like sa case mo. Wag lang 200KM ang reading baka ginawang service na yun

Typical of Toyota! They do drive the brand new cars from the plant or the port to the dealers! When I got my Yaris it also had around 65km in it. When I got my Civic it only had 11km and when I got my Santa Fe it had 13km!

Minsan nakakasabay ko yan... convoy of brand new 4-6 Vios or Altis sa SLEX. Bilis nila minsan magpatakbo. Parang taxi kung ituring yung mga dala nila.
Not limited to Toyota, though. Minsan Mitsubishi L300 or others.

kadalasan ay may mga driver na nagdadala ng mga brand new cars mula factory papunta sa dealerships.
Pero mula pier, kadalasan ay nakasakay sa truck ang mga sasakyan papunta ng planta. Mga CBU.
Ang asar lang ay bagong bago ang sasakyan pero puro hataw mag drive mula planta papunta sa dealer. So actually, itong mga driver na ito ang unang nag break in ng sasakyan.

March 5th, 2010 10:25 AM #8Mine is a lancer 1.6 GLX. Got it last Nov 2009. Since taga rizal ako (at ang planta ng mitsubishi is cainta). ODO nung nakuha ko yung car is 10km lang.

I live in the province so when my pick-up truck was delivered by land it had about 180kms on the odo already bwehehehe.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
