a potential problem with buying a cheap used car to practice driving with, is that sometimes, the driver thinks more about what's going to malfunction next in the car, than in sharpening his driving skills.
to TS: "buy a new car if you can afford it."
Thanks sa mga reply nyo guys.
Another question po, ano po ba magandang kunin na insurance?
In my case, my suki body works talyer (Wilson & Jackson) also happens to be an insurance agent. He offers both Pioneer and Northwest. I just get whatever he gives me. During the times that I've had the misfortune of having to make a claim, I just call him up, bring the car over, and he'd start working on it the next day even without the LOA, which he will process and follow up at his own convenience. Apparently sometimes the repair job is already done and the LOA is not yet out. I just pay him the participation fee and he slowly waits it out. [emoji23]

Hello guys, ask ko lanng kung ano po magandang window tint sa sasakyan? Okay na ba kung light lahat? (Front, sides and rear)? Or mas okay ba kung light sa front then medium the rest? 3M ung tint na ilalagay sana.
Need your inputs please
Get the Civic 1.8L kung budget is 1.2M or below. Matipid ang Honda sa discount pero try mo.

For me, no color can beat the Soul Red Crystal!
Regarding discounts, call all of them and ask for the lowest selling price. I got a minimum of 70,000 Pesos discount. I might be exaggerating so I'll make it 50,000.
The suggestion of getting a second hand car for "practice" seems reasonable. That is, if you have the money to spare for that thing. Use the car for at least one year, learning a thing or two as it breaks down. Then after that, dispose it and buy a brand new car.
I often see new cars with scratches and dents. If I may say, new cars have a "magnet" for dents!
red worx! the black trims too!
soul red is amazing but the mazda3 curves and lines..

No there is no red color available for the 1.8E. Only white, blue, grey, silver, and midnight burgundy (black with a tinge of purple).
So the suggestion to get a red Civic which is only available with the 1.5M RS or the 3M Type R is pretty off-touch.

Hehe a Civic 1.8 more than keeps up with a Mazda 3 2.0, even on the race track. [emoji6]

Thanks sa inyong reply. If honda sedan, can we just stick na lng sa Basic honda civic model.. di na kaya sa budget ung turbo. Same as mazda 3 but soul red ung color.
I really want the design of mazda 3 but the turn off is that it has no apple car play and mas costly daw ung maintenance compared to honda civic.
And also, malaki po ba deifference ng 1.5L sa 1.8L?
If you really want the red color, I think you can have the Civic foil wrapped. Just saw a Facebook ad and it says that it costs 18-24k only.
Good thing with the Civic is that the engine has been around and pretty much unchanged for 12 years and counting. Reliability and mechanic familiarity are established. This also means that there are plenty of mods for it.
We used to have a 2.4 Accord (160hp) and a 3.0 Accord (240hp). That is way more than the power difference between the 1.5 turbo and 1.8 Civic. In mundane city driving, revs are kept at 2000rpm thereabouts and I hardly felt the extra 80hp at all since I'd be lucky to maintain 60km/h for more than a few seconds without braking. The 140hp in the 1.8 is more than enough for most people, even for highway driving. If for some reason you are still left wanting, you can always save up for a supercharger install, and then smoke that 1.5 turbo to your heart's content. [emoji23]
