    Cost of maintenance-Urvan ako.

Kung sa mga rent a van, mas madalas nilang ginagamit yung urvan. Correct me if i'm wrong. Kung pang family use, sa starex ako. Kung ako kasi pipili, sa starex ako. Why? Kasi mas comfortable para saakin yung starex and adequate yung power niya compared sa urvan.

Without a doubt, the Starex is the better van. The Urvan is lacking in power (105ps/213Nm vs 145ps/360Nm for the Starex). And the engine is a 3.0L unit so fuel efficiency isn't going to be great. Kung Urvan ang kukunin, dun na ako sa JDM unit which comes with an intercooler turbo version of the local Urvan Estate's engine and dual sliding doors.

Thanks Sir GTI and Sir Sleepcare, actually po ung mag fi-finance yung brother in law ko na japanesse, at first binigyan ko sya ng pics ng toyota grandia at urvan escapade at ung grx model ng starex (note second hand lang po ung kukunin), reply sakin ng bayaw ko want nya ma-try Starex ng Korea dahil parang nauumay na daw sya sa japanese made car, ironic nga nagtatarabaho sya sa Honda engineering, to make it short kaya sinama ko parin sa choices yung Urvan Estate dahil un nga rin ang purpose para narin sa kahit "van for hire", every 3months kasi nauwi sya dito lagi kami umaarkila ng Van, mahilig kasi mamasyal bayaw ko, if I were go to Starex yung maintenance cost ang iniisip ko, ..anyway salamat po ng marami uli...

Kung ganun eh di Starex na talaga. Especially since ang Urvan dito is leagues behind the one sold in Japan. He will just keep commenting on how bad it is. Just as long as you get a well maintained unit and maintain in well yourself, then it should serve you well.

Scrutinize both units carefully before buying. If one of them was a former rent-a-van, there are chances that it could be "laspag". Inspect and test-drive both before deciding. Don't rely on odometer evidence in making your decision.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

A GRX Starex TCi can only churn out 100HP max.... 145HP is for the Starex CRDi.....

Ang Starex GRX may CRDi and Turbo Intercooler versions. Kung Turbo Intercooler ang nakita na GRX ng TS, siguradong hindi aabot ng 810k ang presyo.

Best buy between Starex (GRX - 2007) and Urvan estate (2009)
