    i wonder,
are these rates just covid season-specific, or are they going to be the rates until the entire loan is paid up?

Pag-ibig offered a lower rate that we can avail until December 2020.
Yan din ang suggestion ng BSP that it is the best time to avail home loan due to low interest rate due to pandemic daw.

Sa Home loan, may option ka kasi to select fix rate of 1,3,5,10 yrs.
After that selected fixed year rate, magbase na sa current market rate yung repricing sa home loan mo.

Not sure nga lang if included yung auto loan sa pag baba ng rates ngayong pandemic.

Maybe may makapag confirm if may changes ba offer ni metrobank during this pandemic.
Ang confirmed ko lang is ang housing loan is nagbabaan na ang rates.
Afaik it was always been over 23% for most banks. Maybe it was a year ender rate?

sa panahon ngayon prove niyo muna sa bangko na stable ang income niyo bago kayo ma-aaprove for loan

sa dami ng nawawalan ng trabaho ngayon what makes you so sure you'll still have a job in the next 12 to 36 months?

"no choice. all we can afford is the 60-month plan."
    heh heh.

once upon a time, buying on installment was akin to making a pact with the devil.

    it's always been like that.
tongue in cheek, "the bank will grant loans only to those who do not really need them."
