    Hi I got our Grand Starex last July 28, 2018 and the mode of payment is thru auto debit BDO account. But as Ive check my BDO online account the monthly payment was not yet debited. Should I make a follow to my bank since its was already 1 month? Thanks!

    If they are not offering a first-month-free-amortization promo, your first deduction will happen in September. Just wait for it to happen, it will surely come. Enjoy your new car!

    BDO only accepts PDC or auto debit for their car loans.
