Sa Pampanga may isang stretch ng Mc Arthur highway na panay shop na nag-recondition ng mga L300FB. Take San Simon exit, cross to Mc Arthur Highay, turn right (northbound) then go to Santo Tomas, San Matias. Makikita mo yung stretch na panay gawaan ng L300 FB after the second bridge. From Manila/Balintawak it'll just take you around 40 minutes.

IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
