What to know when selling a second hand car?

I would just like to know what are the steps in selling our second hand car, if there are certain requirements or papers processed in LTO. Thanks.

Also, buyer na yung magshoshoulder ng transfer ng name sa LTO diba? Kasi baka mamaya makabanga tapos ako yung habulin kasi sakin nakapangalan.

Just keep a copy of the Deed of Sale, basta pag binayaran ka niya, ibigay mo copy of your ID, OR, CR at siempre yung auto sa buyer. Bahala na siya sa lahat kung itatransfer niya o hinde. Basta may hawak kang duly signed Deed of Sale at kopya rin ng IDs niya.
