    do u gents know going rate "all in" i.e. emission, tpl etc.???

    was quoted 5k for "facilitation" all in non appearance...
    mura o mahal????

    what i did is may nilapitan akong "taga ayos" malapit sa LTO, ako na nagpa emission at ako na rin sa TPL, yung iba pinalakad ko na
    tulad sa TMG (change ownership)



    mas malaki kapag ikaw na mismo ang lumakad, paano dun sa car talk thread may thread si happy gilmore about the procedures, try mo na lsearch engine ng tsikot.
