we are considering a 2nd hand car which is less than 3 years pa lang. supposedly eh under warranty pa. but the first owner opted to have the car serviced outside of casa after the 1st 5000kms (and eversince thereafter). therefore the warranty is voided, right?

    need your comments/input please.

btw. tinatanggap ba sa casa for servicing even if void na warranty?

    thanks in advance.

You can still have the service done at the CASA but the warranty will be voided already most likely as part of the warranty usually states that service be done by authorized dealers.

IMHO, Kung all stock, pwedeng-pwede pa yan. The only problem is when they notice improper installation of parts of your car and if there's any, sigurado, void na yon. It would be better if you also inquire from the Casa.

Also, I don't see any reason why Casa won't accept cars with expired/voided warranty. One thing for sure, pabor naman sa kanila yon - additional income for them.
