2 months na, wala paring OR CR Cash Payment

Update: Nagpunta ako sa otis kanina (sabado) hindi daw ako pwedeng kumausap sa branch manager nila. Ang nakausap ko yung Group 6 na team leader ng ahente ko, syempre medyo mag kakilala na kami, laking gulat ko iba ang name at alpelyido nya ngayon hindi na ako nag react hahahaha, Pinaliwanag nya kung bakit umabot ng 2 months at wala paring OR CR ko, ang sabi nya nawala DAW yung CSR (Certificate of Stock Reported) ng sasakyan ko kaya hindi maipasa sa LTO kasi may kulang na requirements, By the way nakatanggap sila ng email complaint ng TMPC (Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation) nag complaint kasi ako sa sobrang tagal ng OR CR. Sabi ng Team leader pwede ko naman daw ibiyahe ang sasakyang bago kahit walang OR CR ang sabi ko wala sa batas na bumiyahe ang sasakyan na hindi rehistrado....... Hay naku. Sabi nya pa bumisita ang General Manager nila ngayon dahil sa complaint ko daw sa OR CR at aayusin daw nila sa madaling panahon (Baka may halo halong nag reklamo hindi lang ako)

Opposite with my experience with other brands..

With Honda, Na release yung auto ng Jan 26, may OR and CR ng Feb 6, may plate na Feb 10.

With Nissan, na release auto ng Jan 26, may OR amd CR ng Feb 15, may plate ng Feb 22.

May kasamang request ng ending plate number, both were granted.

Sa Suzuki, wala din ako problem, sobrang bilis ng mga pangyayari (ang nakakaloka pa nga na nangyari sakin nauna pa yung unit ko sa driver's license ko, kaya hinatid pa sa bahay ang sasakyan).. after 1 month may plate number na din ako, kinabit nila kasabay nung 1st PMS ko..
Tsamba lang din dahil mabait SA ko sakin.. Kahit after sale masipag mag send ng update, very proactive.. never ako nag follow up..

I think this problem is prevalent with fast selling units, benta na kahit wala pa CSR, other requirements for LTO, greed is the word... is the word... is the word [emoji12]

Toyota Rush MT new variant (7 seats with reverse camera) para sa parents ko package deal nga sya eh.... binayaran ko yung unit, comprehensive Insurance w/ AOG at 3 years LTO (with Cash discount). Pera hindi tseke ang pinambayad ko sa cashier.

Update na rin pala: kahapon (friday) mga 4:52 pm tumawag ulit customer relation ng dealer ko may OR CR na, rehistrado na oto ko, sa lunes na pwede makuha (monday to friday) may pirmahan lang daw sa lto liason officer sa casa para makuha original OR CR.
