    Maybe dapat diskarte for cash buyers is sa dealer ka din kukuha ng comprehensive insurance para maprocess kaagad yng OR/CR.
    Parang paconsuelo mo na lang since you didn't avail of inhouse installment.

    Added benefit for bank purchase order, if you avail of installment, yung bank na mismo mangungulit sa dealer regarding OR/CR since it is needed for comprehensive insurance which is a requirement for the remainder of the loan.

    Needed ba OR/CR sa Compre? Nakakuha ako ng Compre without waiting for my OR/CR.
    And also, medyo mahal compre ng Casa.
    Mga 10k-15k then patong nila which is too much if sa kanila kukuha.
    OK lang sana if between 2k-5k patong nila compare sa labas, acceptable pa yon.

    Update: Nagpunta ako sa otis kanina (sabado) hindi daw ako pwedeng kumausap sa branch manager nila. Ang nakausap ko yung Group 6 na team leader ng ahente ko, syempre medyo mag kakilala na kami, laking gulat ko iba ang name at alpelyido nya ngayon hindi na ako nag react hahahaha, Pinaliwanag nya kung bakit umabot ng 2 months at wala paring OR CR ko, ang sabi nya nawala DAW yung CSR (Certificate of Stock Reported) ng sasakyan ko kaya hindi maipasa sa LTO kasi may kulang na requirements, By the way nakatanggap sila ng email complaint ng TMPC (Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation) nag complaint kasi ako sa sobrang tagal ng OR CR. Sabi ng Team leader pwede ko naman daw ibiyahe ang sasakyang bago kahit walang OR CR ang sabi ko wala sa batas na bumiyahe ang sasakyan na hindi rehistrado....... Hay naku. Sabi nya pa bumisita ang General Manager nila ngayon dahil sa complaint ko daw sa OR CR at aayusin daw nila sa madaling panahon (Baka may halo halong nag reklamo hindi lang ako)

    Antay ka na lang bro, wala ka nang magagawa, ginagago ka na lang nila, just get "justice" from social media, baka makatulong kung mag iingay ka

    why not formally complain to the DTI?

    Itís like saying na gusto niya ipahiya nationwide and in international via youtube yung casa where you get your car doc... hehehe...

    I donít know if the bad publicity is still publicity qoute will apply on this situation...

    Buti nalang sakin nung kumuha ako ng motor via cash last week ng enero, wala pang 30 days nabigyan na kagad ng OrCr. Tapos yung plaka kanina lang.

    I think it is "Me-ma" na lang.

    I was the first to reply to his question and gave him the details of DTI and a thread here in tsikot detailing what steps they went through.

    If he doesn't want to go through that I'd just leave it at that.

    I've gone through the DTI process before, but not for cars. I course complaints to them for banks (Credit card specifically) and gas station (finorward nila ako to DOE as they handled petrol related complaints).

    If documented email is too much of a hassle for TS and waiting for the DTI's reply, then there is really nothing we can do for him and just leave this thread to slumber.
