eto question ko ulit. since ala naman pakielam sa japorms or something (pero atleast wag naman yung pang matanda ang dating).
mas mainam talaga yung newer car? kahit anong brand man yan ?

For your budget, this is what I can say. It's all about CONDITION. Mileage is irrelevant, what is important is how the vehicle was maintained by its present owner. Ask for maintenance records, service receipts, estimates, etc. These documents will give you proof on how the vehicle was treated.
It may be an 80's or a 90's mid range Toyota or Honda or whathaveyou. But if it was maintained and cared for properly, I do not see any reason why you should'nt invest on it.
