yun ang hirap dito lalo sa EDSA, no such thing as fast and slow lane. sasabayan pa ng u-turn slot, lahat swerving na unless super kupad ka mag drive. there goes the ave. traffic flow.

apprehensions and parked MMDA also clog the roads....

    aaarghh.

IMO walang masama mag snake moves sa kalsada for as long as you use your signal lights, anyway by doing that, informed naman yung mga drivers sa likod kung ano moves mo.

yan ang mahirap sa mmda...lahat ng laws nila are subjective. they should let the people know what is too loud like how many decibels so when apprehended, the mmda and the car will have a basis for the debate of loud or not. kotong na naman yan. parang sa smoke belching, u look at the components of the emmissions, not the color of the smoke coming out of the muffler.

What's the point nga ba of playing loud music with the windows down while driving? For show? Nagtitiis sa init at alikabok mapansin lamang? Meron namang car shows at sound competitions, where other people who appreciate that kind of volume will give you their attention. Other than that, people don't care or are just annoyed.

Ipinag-bawal din ni Marcos yan, IIRC. Or maybe I was too young to remember.

Go for SQ, and SQ doesn't need to be loud. Naka-aircon ka pa! :D

This new MMDA ruling applies to types of motor vehicles on the road e.g. PUVs, private vehicles and motorcycles.

Apparently, the MMDA has been receiving complaints from "concerned motorists and public commuters" about vehicles swerving/snaking like crazy on the road and about vehicle owners that play loud stereo music while on the road.
how about for those insanely loud tambuchos!?

at least boom boxes can be tuned down unlike for those wannabes!

    psychological analysis:

they want to be heard coz at home or at school nobody's listening to them. they desperately need an audience.
