mga amigos, i just want ur views on this.. i just bought a 2 pcs 12" sub.. with box na cya at ported (may holes para sa exhaust daw ng hangin).. i dunno any of these stuff kasi i'm a newbie in terms of sound set up... and brand ay DUAL.. 1100 w ang peak power at 400 rms.. may kasama na cyang libreng 2-channel amp na dual din with 460 watts.. do u think this is ok? i also plan to buy a 4-channel amp but i dunno which one is good and also which is d best wattage.. hope u could help me with my query guys.. i would really appreciate it..

ok na yan for starters, although, kung ako ang pipili, didirecho ko na kaagad yung sa 4-channel amp for immediate and future upgrades.

actually, pagkabili ko nung subs, libre na ang amp.. sa best buy kasi nag sale.. plano pa akong bumili ng 4-channel na amps.. ano ba ang maganda? ang dami kasi dito sa best buy dahil nag sale.. ehehhehe..

budget? Really there is no such thing as a "best" amplifier, depende yan sa budged mo... high end models will cost 30K and up. Entry level amps will cost around 2K to 5K.

Whats the brand of the sub? and amp? and what car are you putting it in? More details... :D

sa tingin nyo ok nato? 2 pcs dual subs na 12".. 1100 watts max output 400 rms and 2- channel dual amp din kasi libre ito.. 460 watts cya.. den dagdag lng ako nga isang 4 channel na amps for my seps.. ehehehe..

ano budget mo? Kasi madaming brands at iba iba ang presyo... mahirap magpayo na di alam yung budget.

would it also be possible na ang subs lng muna ang lagyan ko nang amp at later on na ang amp para sa seps? ok lng ba kaya ang resulta nang sound?

possible yan, pero magda-dominate yung lows mo over the mids and highs, especially pag stock yung head unit. if i were you, bili na lang ako ng 4-channel amp of the same brand as your existing amp, for uniformed sound (2-channel ok na rin if you don't care about fading), plus a decent head unit, para one-shot na lang ang installation. ikaw ba mismo gagawa ng installation? kung may left-over pa sa budget mo, mag-invest ka na rin sa higher quality interconnect and speaker cables. my .02...
