    Does anybody know where to find slim amplified active subwoofers that can fit under the backseat of a pickup (dmax for this matter). One shop told me that I have to place a cylindrical sub at the back but this would sacrifice legroom for the passengers and I don't want this. I also want the sub hidden from view kaya dapat under the seat.

    it's really hard bro... subs really eat some space... that's the risk of having one. Tangalin mo na lang siguro kapag di mo gagamitin.

    uy! naghahanap din ako ng ganyan.. and found something that might interest you salonika..

    Pioneer Shallow-mount subwoofer ang tawag nila.. Pioneer designed it especially for SUV's and the like.. hindi ko lang alam kung meron nito dito... pero baka sa mga authorized resellers pwede mag-order..

    Nice kaso kailangan ko pang bumili ng amp, kaya hanap ko yung amplified na. Anyway, makapagtanong sa Pioneer dealers.

    May nakita pala ako sa LA cars, Steelmate ang brand. Never heard of it kaya medyo alangan ako. Super slim na sub, 140 watts ang peak niya. 9.5 k. Any feedback?

    self amplified siguro mahirap. what we do sa mga dmax is put a 8 inch sub below the rear seats. RF P1 model, but you need to buy an amp for it. may v12 naman mura lang.

    If the pick bed had a secure bed cover will it be alright to put subs in the back?How should you put it?Facing upwards?Downwards?Facing the rear of the cab or facing the tailgate?How would the sound quality be?

    a friend of mine was selling his bazooka subs from pioneer, active ito so salpak nalang. kinda small pero as far as i can remember, it sounded ok. i think its good for pickups...bnew of it was selling for 6k at banawe shops...err..that was 2-3 yrs ago.

    *aceshark---huuaat??? 12k? wow...i knew i was getting a good deal pa naman kase 3k lang benta sakin although 2nd hand. oh well...

    pero d ba nakakangawit din sa tenga kapag sobrang lakas ng bass? i mean...for me, a typical 6 piece/seps setup is good enough for clarity. just choose your speakers.

    but then again, a sub has its own purpose...it's good to show off once in a while. =)
