sir hirap na hindi change ng HU for sound set up pwede its doable naman... kung may pre amp yung HU mo pwede na.

your best bet would be the slim type subs kung ayaw mo space hungry subs... pero hindi malakas yung buga daw nito and expensive.

you can just get a sealed box or a customized sealed box for the sta.fe trunk.

and YES you can have you car setup BOOM BOOM without changing the HU.
this is my current setup in our everest.

so you will need an amplifier and a sub woofer with a sealed box at the back.

the wirings can be tapped from the hu to the amp and the amp will supply the seps and the sub. 2ch. each if the amp is 4ch.

    hth goodluck on your project.

If you don't want to change HU try using this http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_c...php?page_id=94

Regarding the subs I think the Kicker L7 or L5 requires the smallest enclosure of all the SPL subs.

For the most boom, go for a ported box and have it tuned properly.

Ganito ang kailangan mong amplifier w/ speaker level input and pre amp output(sum out)

See what Im pointing, front speaker level input.

isinasak ko na ang front wire speaker level inputs and those wire are going to connect to front left and right speakers. Below is for the rear wire speaker level input and the pre amp out(sum out) you can connect another amplifier for the sub. This is my old amp(3yrs old) now Im replacing on it. You could have it for free.

just remember. for you to be able to make the most out of the solobaric line like the L5 and L7, you need a powerful amp to juice its power up.

hirap busugin solobaric to unleash its wild side..
