People often underestimate how much a mobile car audio costs.. can't blame them, ganun din ako dati eh Kidding aside, you won't be finding any "sound setups" at 5k. At that budget, I would just recommend that you change your stock speakers to Targa and then deaden the front doors with OEM deadeners. This should give you the best performance for your money.

Tapos amplifier, then sub.
Di naman kailangang sabay sabay yan

There are a lot of shops who have already setuped ALL kinds of vehicles. So wag ka magalala. Just snoop around.. visit Tsikotshop or Banawe if you may.

Haha, 5000php for headphones? Possibly. If you're looking at the legendary Grado sound, mahal lang nga sa Philippines. Best to ship an Alessandro nalang. Flat shipping pa yun. For something more easily obtainable, go for Sennheisers and get an portable amplifier then you're set.
As a personal experience, sound is really "law of diminishing returns". In fact, I often use my portable setup (I'm sporting a Fiio e7+e9 and Head Fi's re-0s) as my reference. Very neutral kasi earphones ko and the treble extension is wow. The only difference is the amount of bass and, the most evident, soundstage. And once we go to my full-sized headphones, paminsan feel ko sayang pera ko sa car audio
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
