    Hehehe
There is a difference between flammable and combustible. Flammable liquids burn at very low temperature. Combustible materials burn at around 100 degrees and higher.

Unless flammable liquid is atomized you cant ignite it. If it is in liquid form, it has to reach its flash point first before you can ignite flammable liquids. Combustible materials ignites depending on its material composition and the heat applied. Combustible materials will also explode if you reduce it into powder like substance pag na expose sa open flame.

    * gh0str1d3r- The usual materials po na gina gamit sa car audio is asphalt, butyl or butyl-rubber(hybrid). Any particular reason why you would want to use a roof insulation? If the reason is budget, then you can buy the acoustipad (asphalt) around P350 ata ang price. easy to install pa. And dont worry your car will not burst into flames mababa nga lang melting point ng asphalt kaysa Butyl based deadeners. Basically, the purpose of deadening our doors is to prevent our door panels from resonating. Just my 2 cents.

halos lahat ng mga reputable audio shops may acoustipad po. Jeff Tan of Araneta Car Accessories is an example. Marami din mga butyl deadeners like, sonus, xsite, lightning lab are few of the brands out there and is around 700-800/sheet. Since budget friendly na deadening yung hanap mo then I guess STP's is out of the equation. HTH.

Edit: Have you tried back reading this thread? Which ever type of deadener you choose, there will always be a trade-off.

Resurrecting this topic. Were you able to find a reputable installer for this? Was it effective in reducing NVH?

depende yan sa type(s) ng deadening material which a car audio shop carry. better to have it installed sa mga reputable car audio shops, you might find a cheaper alternative pero poor craftmanship naman. it will not cost that much naman kung front door lang palagyan mo

Though I think this thread's in relation to sound deadening to improve yung acoustics ng stereo, chip in lang ako-

On my old car, rather traditional undercoating, yung inapply namin sa floor pan & under the fenders was epoxy black. Super tough na coating na siya, but it also had a secondary benefit of reducing road noise from underneath the car.

Over time nababak-bak din in some parts (pero matagal, as in years).

    2019 Equinox and Bluetooth
We just got a 2019 Equinox and we're having trouble with Bluetooth in the vehicle. It will connect. Then disconnect within a minute or so. Reconnect... disconnect. This happens on both my Pixel and my wife's S7. When I'm playing music through Android Auto it makes me want to throw the phone out the window and the music will stop for a split second every time it disconnects or connects.

I remember this happening when we test drove the vehicle but I didn't pay much attention to it as we didn't have the music on loud. Anyone else seeing this problem? Have a solution?
