SOUND BLAST 05'
Sound Blast is a street party/sound off sponsored by Casino Filipino, Team Centerline Car Audio and Accesories, M.A. Wheel Options, Smart, San Miguel, Streetwash, and Meguiar's. It was held in the parking lot of Casino Filipino Bacolod at Golden Fields Commercial Complex. Entrance was 100.00 with one free beer, despite the overcast it was a successful party with the people dancing in the parking lot. People were treated to a display of 9 cars, whose sound system were linked together and used as speakers for the local band that was playing. Two cars were showcased in the lobby of the Casino Filipino Hotel for 3 days a RAV4 owned by M. A Wheel Options complete with mirror finsih underbody, chrome suspension parts for that car show look and a Hyundai Coupe of Ryan with the knife doors and awesome sound set-up.
All the 11 cars sound set-up was done by Team Centerline Car Audio, the shoes of the cars were provided by M.A. Wheel options from the tiny 15" rims to gigantic 20" rims. Different brands of audio equipment were used, depending on the taste of the car owners. Choices of weapons for the subs were the newest of the Kicker line-up the SoloX, Solobaric, CompVR. JL audio subwoofer line from the W7,W6,W3 and W0. A rare RE XXX sub was also present. These monsters were powered by amplifiers such as Rockford Fosgate, Kicker, DLS, JL Audio, and PPI. As for the separates DLS, Focal, Rainbow, RF and Polk Audio were used. Audio Control products such as the EQT, EQL, 4.1, and its crossovers from the 4 to 6XS were the choice of processors. Headunits used were Pioneer , JVC, and Alpine. The cars shiny paint finish was courtesy of Meguiar's waxes and polishes.
