    I've been using Sony Xplod since 1999 or 2000 (had 3 since) and its the best brand i've used so far (i had a pioneer, clarion, jvc, panasonic and kenwood before).

    I had one for 3 years and never skipped, never had a problem and still looks better than most new HUs.

    I bought my CDX-M630 about Can$480 + tax, while the CDX-M9900 around US$980 yata. Mas mura na sila ngayon.

    Yung M630, pinalitan na ng CDX-M8810 $349 at bestbuy.

    The CDX-M9900, you can get it from online about half of what i paid to about $650 at crutchfield.

    kinda pricey nga. but the looks is different. well if it will serve you for a lifetime, why not!
    but i won't dare put one of those in my 7gen galant. i'm eyeing on pioneer 9650 or 8650 siguro...

    Thats weird. Lets just say, I have bought 2 CD's in my lifetime. And i got tons of CDs - LOL, and all of them play. I think you got the old model that is not CDR compatible.

    I still have one of my Xplods and i have about 300+ CDs - wala pa ko naging problema. The thing i also like about the Xplod is, its all black panel when its off. SO i dont need to remove the face whenever i park.

    I believe, the old XPlods are not CDR complaint and thats prolly the problem. Whats the model of your Xplod?

    Mag organize ka ng group buy:

    Mga 10 * Php 9000 each. I can ship it thru Forex Cargo door to door to you.

    $131.99 + $20 shipping = $ 151.99

    * Php 55 = US$ 1

    = Php 8,359.45

    Plus shipping from US to the Philippines (get at least 10 order para bayad yung forex door to door) = Php 9,000 per unit.

    No, what it means is - the old Xplods were NOT CDR/CDRW compliant. The new ones are, but not the old models.
