SONY car CD Player problem

The CD player got busted when I parked the car under the heat.

When I insert the CD halfway into the slot, I can hear the mechanical arm functioning but it does not allow the media to be inserted fully. BTW, the radio has no problems.

Where could the problem be?

Kung malapit ka sa Balintawak clover-leaf, may Sony Service Center dun. Tabi ng Nissan. 'Dun ko dinala yung discman ko. 100% Sony parts ang gamit nila.

Estimate ko, less than 200 petot. Tapos, 250 ang labor 'ata.

i dont know kung magkano yang cd loading belt, how about asking electronics store for the replacement belt..

i have experience in opening a cdrom which uses cd feeding belt, i found out lumuwag yung belt nya, pero that was a computer cdrom pero i think same mechanism and style lang with the car stereo.
