baka naman noise suppressor? para sa in-car audio ba? kung doon, it should be placed between the power/electric source and the audio unit i.e. your HU.
Usually, noise suppressor's have three wires: red, blue, black. The black is the ground wire. The red wire, you connect to the power source while the blue wire you connect to the audio unit. The power source must be the electrical wire that is connected to the audio unit.
Ten minutes or less DIY job.

If my memory serves me right, yung Precision Audio brand na noise suppressor sa Concorde Accessories sa SM eh around 1-1.5K.
The Dai-ichi suppressor is actually pretty good. It's square shaped, about the size of have a bar of butter and since flat, pwede mo syang i-mount sa chassis ng car mo or any flat surface undernath the dash using double adhesive tapes.
