I recently purchased a car cd player capable of playing mp3/wma/wav files (Pioneer DEH-4650MP). I was really excited because most of the audio I have are in wma format. But when I burned a CD worth of wma songs, it wont play! Why because of DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection.

So my question is, for anybody here who has a wma player: how were you able to play wma in the unit other than using crack codes??

Any feedback would be highly appreciated

pareng 7391N an idea lang pero i have not tested it. why not re-rip your wma files via Windows Media Player, baka pwede. load it from CD/Hard disk, tapos yung output mo sa rip files sa Win Media Player is MP3.

ano ba ginamit mo pang ID3 tag? baka yung pang tag mo pati yung license inapply nya. Try using musicmatch tapos manual tagging.

WMA is actually better than MP3. same quality anf 96kbps WMA and a 128kbps MP3.

you'll lose some quality if you convert the wma to mp3 (I guess for most people, di na 'to mapapansin -- especially those who can't distinguish a 128kbps MP3 from a CD).

I have the P7550MP, it can only play Windows Media Player 8 encoded files - version 9 is supposedly better pero di 'to kaya ng player.
