hello all, sorry if this might have been asked before but i'm a total newbie here.

i very recently got a used mazda 626, it has a clarion HU. I don't know what model the HU is, basta clarion. :whoa:

anyway, since this car has 100,000 km on it and it looks like the previous owner didn't do much in the way of maintenance, i'm going to change the oil, plugs, timing belt, and some rubber gasket ASAP. the problem is, after doing these changes, dapat daw i-reset yung ECU para ma re-learn ng engine yung idle settings.

the bigger problem -- pag reset daw ng ECU, the stereo will lock and request a PIN. i don't know what that PIN is. i don't have a manual. and i doubt the prior owner still knows yung PIN. baka di nga nag-reset ng ECU after oil change.

any ideas would be much appreciated. :bald:
