    mates,

i wanted to connect my alpine 6disc cd changer from my old car to my new car. problema ko, kenwood yung HU ko. pag-check ko dun sa pins, hinde sila match. may nabibili kaya na parang adaptor para naman maikabit ko sila?

    thanks.

bro, i'll rename your thread to make it easier for others to give some inputs.

    BTTT:
AFAIK, you cant connect an HU and changer of different brands unless you make use of a universal cd changer which is FM modulated. it will utilize a slot from one of you FM station presets. problem is, your audio cd will be limited to that of radio quality only.

Also, if your Alpine CD changer is "Ai-Net" (model number usually has an A, e.g. CHA-nnn) your HU needs to be Ai-Net capable and usually Alpine ang meron nito.

For CHM-nnn models, baka may non-Alpine HU na compatible but I haven't had any experience with them.
