Need help on SPL setup

[SIZE=2]I'm planning to upgrade my sound setup from SQ to SPL. I only have a 20K budget. And here is my current basic setup:[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]Targa front seps (driven by the HU)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]Kenwood KAC929 amp (for the sub)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]JL Audio W3 12" sub[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]I'm planning to get the Crunch PZi 175.4 4-channel amp to power my targa and sub. Then I'll get some bnew rearfills as well.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]I'm also eyeing on the JBL GTO75.4 amp or the Hifonics TXi 6406. Which among theses 3 amps is better?[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]I'm confused if I should dispose my Kenwood KAC929 amp or continue using it for the sub.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]I'll also get a brand new 12" sub (bebenta ko na kasi ung JL sub sa friend ko) that matches any of the 3 amps I'm planning to get. Any suggestions on which sub to get?[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]Lastly, do I need better rearfills or can I just use the stock and let it be powered by the HU? What is the best way to go here?[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]A. Get a new 4-ch amp to power my targa front seps, get a new 12" sub, use my stock rears powered by the HU, and dispose the KAC929 amp (1 amp system)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]B. Get a new 4-ch amp to power my targa front and stock rear seps, get a new 12" sub and continue using the KAC929 amp (2 amp system)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]Tama po ba to (feeling ko may mali)? Hehehehe! What should I prioritize? To be honest I'm still new to this kind of stuff. I just wanna make sure when I'm gonna the right equipment at maganda ung tunog and satisfied ako sa SPL ng system.[/SIZE]

seps - targa ; amp - JBL GTO75.4 or powered by HU (pero better may amp na)
subs - ? (your choice, match mo sa amp) ; amp - your old kenwood bridge mo
syempre para SPL box - ported/ snail/ phat/ ABC/

kahit wag mo na lagyan ng rear sapaw ng subwoofer yan
sa sub suggest ko DD entry level, panalo!! kung may budget pa go higher (but you need to change amp na)

ah cge.. ill disable the rearfill nalang... and go with the 2 amp system so may dedicated amp for the sub...

mag-DD kaya ako na sub? mga mgkano kaya yun? eh yung amp mag-crunch na ba ko or jbl gto75.4? ill disable the stock rear speakers na nga lang cguro....

2nd option. bus get a 2channel amp instead. mas tipid kung ganun.

For me JBL 75.4 hindi ka mapaphiya, kahit todo init na yan. DD rin gamit ko yung 1010a lng on a ported box malakas na, pano pa kung DD1012 on a phat box. Around 10+ ang DD 1012 for all I know.

nakupow mahal pala ng DD na 12"... di pasok sa budget... i may need at least 20K for high end 4-ch amp and 12" sub... oks lang ba kung ung stock rears ko powered by the HU?
