Beat Up Cd Player

My CD player skips every now and then. I know it's all beat up and maybe needs a replacement, but I don't want to spend any more money if I could still fix it. What do I do now? My car is 5 years old so obviously, some car parts are falling apart including my cd player. Any suggestions?

Better off if you can pull out the cd player then malinis mo ng cotton buds iyong lens...

Try mo muna CD lens cleaner ( CD shape cleaner) if that didn't work replace it.;)

kung ganon parin kapag nilinis, try mo dalin kay wilson lim sa banawe. but you have to have it uninstalled because he doesn't do installation/removal of parts.

Guys, thanks for all the help.

SIAKOL: I didn't go to the seafood festival although I can simply walk from my house to the marina. Kasi yung ibang neighbors ko nagpunta, sabi nila ripped off kasi $7 ang entrance eh puro fried foods lang naman daw, so I didn't go. Saka daming drunk na mga egot at mex dun, ayaw akong papuntahin ni mister. By the way na-rear end yung bimmer ko 2 months ago, parang walang nangyari pero I got some insurance payout for the damage kuno. I also got paid for pain and suffering dahil na-whiplash ako ng todo-todo, I was in pain for 2 weeks, medyo malakas yung bangga.

Most probably madumi lang lens ng iyong CD player. Pag di nakaya ng CD lens cleaner have a reputable repair shop clean it for you. Ganyan din ang nangyari sa Kenwood HU ko. Pinalinis ko lang and voila back to enjoyment. ;)

Bili na lang ng bago that wouldlast another 5 years maam TESS , wear and tear na yan . ang gagstusin mo sa lens cleaner , labor n parts , papayos sa technician etc , bili mo na lang ng brand new Eclipse or ALpine , peace of mind ka pa .
