Lightning Lab DVD Head Unit

I usually go with Equinox head units for my rides but I've seen the Lightning Lab DVD head unit and I recommended one to my friend for his Land Cruiser Prado:

So far, it's working great. This is the Php13k non-GPS unit. The GPS version costs Php19k. Had it installed by Jemson but the dealer (Richcar Banawe) will install it for free if you want.

It's a brand to consider when shopping for a China-made off-brand DVD head unit.

Yes, that's what I paid for. I posted SRP sir.

Btw, do you have a rear camera? The ones with it's own housing with no need to bore the bumper or use the license plate bolts? I need it for the Land Cruiser with an external spare tire carrier and offset license plate holder.

I just like to thanks Jedi and Jon for the accomodation sa pag ayos ng wiring ng set-up ko when i bought the Lightning Lab HU sa kanila kanina....I'm still exploring the GPS...Hehehe! and the rear camera really helps a lot...Thanks again...

got this HU installed for my Escape last May also. very much happy with my new toy. you may need to search the web for an updated map for the gps. next project for me will be the head rest monitors. maraming salamat tsikot shop!

What do you mean by single sir? Sensya na wala ko alam sa mga termniologies sa kotse.

Same ba ng features nito sir? Magkano po ung ganun na pwd sa Nissan Sentra?

The unit in the photo is a double DIN unit. The Sentra uses a single DIN unit.

It means the dashboard opening is half the height of a double DIN. But the width is the same.

If Nissan has single DIN paano nila nagawa napagkasya tong nasa pic (from Nissan thread) or it is customize? They maybe modified the dash board? Thanks

This is a modified center console, I think the JDM Nissan's has the 2DIN version. You just need to scout for it sa surplus shops, or ask sa Missan Forum, baka may nagbebenta dun.

Thanks sa thread na ito. I am considering this brand vs. ZISO and an OEM type HU which I also saw online. Would richcar banawe do any splicing or will this type come as "plug and play" type for a 2nd gen CRV? Medyo malabo mata ko e,800x480 ba screen resolution pala neto so good for me and my daughter.Pareply din please contact details nila.I also read your ads sir Jedi on another thread. Does it mean the total cost for a GPS 2din LIGHTNING LAB UNIT package for CRV will have an additional 2.6K?
