    Need help from the audio experts on deciding to sell or not to sell my amp (4x75w). Can't seem to get the static out when I installed this. How much is this slightly used unit. HU is pioneer DEH-5550MP and I am thinking of going to an all pioneer set-up...thanks in advance

    When the unit was installed at the shop the installers made sure that the RCA cables are not near any major electrical lines. A ground loop was also installed but to no avail. Maybe I should have stuck with the pioneer amp offered. Maybe it is more compatible. If I still cant get rid of the static I will sell this as a slightly used unit

    it might also be the quality of the cable? low quality cables give static. or maybe the plug itself is faulty. make sure that its not the cables. going for a new amp is something but it'll save you lots if cables itself are the culprit. :D
