di ako makapagdecide. currently meron akong 128mb mp3 player connected to cassette adapter/fujitsu10 stock hu. stock sound setup din.

pag ipod magagamit ko kahit wala sa kotse. kaso pangit naman yung sound quality kung kokonek ko using cassette adapter. kung indash mp3 player naman, sa car ko lang magagamit. parang equal silang dalawa para sakin e. help!:D

hmmm. why not an IPOD ready HU? so you won't have to connect your IPOD using a cassette adapter?

ako, since my HU is not IPOD ready, i just burn my MP3s and play it sa oto. pag nasa labas naman, IPOD lang. so kung ano meron dun sa oto, meron din sa IPOD.

in-dash mp3 player... Madaming available na brands that even plays, wma, wav, aac files. Try to login at KotseAudioClub. Dami nagbebenta dun ng mga second hand unit, if you want to stretch your budget a little.

Ipod. At least you can just keep adding songs throught USB from your computer..or another person's computer. Just either get a AUX input CD HU or Ipod ready HU. Plus an Ipod is small, n can easily be carried in ur pockets when u exit ur vehicle. At least you don't have to burn cds everytime you like a new song, you can just take a couple minutes to add/delete ur current playlist. Plus in the long run, (if it were me) i'd get more use out of the Ipod than an in-dash mp3.

Actually an iPod connected to a cassette adapter doesn't sound too bad - the quality is MUCH better than you would get if you were using an FM transmitter such as an iTrip (which is prone to interference). I'd choose the iPod simply because it's the ultimate road trip accessory - I listen to podcasts (MP3 programs such as radio shows automatically downloaded into the iPod) almost everyday. And if you get a new iPod, video playback capability is built in at no additional cost - with a generic video cable, you can just attach the iPod directly to an LCD monitor and play back movies directly off the iPod's hard disk (or if you are so inclined, you can just pump the audio out of your car stereo and settle for the iPod's 2.5-inch screen).
