i have successfully installed the roadmaster HU in my car now, the sound quality is impressive
the roadmaster HU automatically plays the SD memory card or the USB once you insert it.

Good value for less money!!! with quality to boot!!

I think my friend has a couple of HUs left.

Here's the roadmaster unit. The same OEM made them they look virtually the same, same model number:

aba! they do look alike! yung AUX input in lieu of CD Eject button ang iba among other small things.

question: when you connect your ipod via the USB port, does it charge it?

can you still control the ipod and hear the music out of your car speakers?

or do you need to connect the earphone jack of the ipod to the AUX in of the HU to listen to the music while the USB port charges it?

i've not going to clark for that :P

although in retrospect, i think i saw a similar unit at blade car accessories in park square 1. meron nga silang plain-jane proline na <2000 petot. amazing. pero it does look pretty dinky with that button-o-rama below the display.

cheapest "known brand" MP3 player seems to be the pioneer 2850 * 5200 and walang USB/SD slot yun.
