help sa pagbili ng HU!

guys, tsikot ko kasi '99 civic lxi na stock clarion ung HU (without CD!).. tas bumigay na a few days ago.. balak ko bumili ng bago, tho pinagiisipan ko pa if second hand or bnew. eto lang requirements ko:

1. budget ko hindi lalampas ng 4k.
2. capable of playing CD's. ayoko ng mp3 capable kasi mahal.
3. ayoko ng bulokins na tatak dhl baka bumigay agad.

having said that,

1. ano maipapayo nyo na brand and model ng HU na bilhin ko?
2. saan ko mabibili iyon at THAT price?

Nung nagloko yung Pioneer HU ng Vitara dinala ko sa shop nila Jeff Tan. Yung dad niya gumawa. Nagtitipid din ako, surplus pa nga yung parts na ginamit (ganun ka-low budget). Alam ko Php150-300 lang siya (can't recall the exact amount, sinabay ko kasi sa paglagay ng tint at alarm).

1 year ago pa yun, ok pa din now.
